1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "popularph," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of the popularph platform accessible at popularph.org.
• "Platform" refers to the popularph website, mobile site, and any associated applications or services.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on the Platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created on the Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the Player and held in the Account.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits awarded by popularph subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority under which popularph operates.

2. Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By accessing, registering on, or using the popularph Platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2.2 These Terms & Conditions apply to all use of the Platform, including browsing, account registration, deposits, gameplay, withdrawals, and participation in promotions.

2.3 If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your Account.

2.4 popularph reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an Account and use the Platform. This requirement is mandated by Philippine law and strictly enforced by popularph. Underage gambling is illegal and prohibited.

3.2 Jurisdiction. The Platform is intended for use by individuals physically located in the Philippines. It is your responsibility to ensure that online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or placing wagers.

3.3 Capacity. By registering, you represent and warrant that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not subject to any legal restriction that would prevent you from using the Platform.

3.4 Excluded Persons. Employees, contractors, directors, and officers of popularph, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to register or maintain an Account.

3.5 popularph reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified will result in Account suspension pending verification.

4. Account Registration

4.1 One Account Per Player. Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. All duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances, including winnings, will be forfeited.

4.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are obligated to update your Account information promptly if any details change. popularph is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate information provided by the Player.

4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. popularph will never request your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity conducted through your Account is your responsibility unless you have notified us of unauthorized access.

4.4 Account Verification (KYC). popularph is required to verify the identity of all players as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations under Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed.

4.5 Non-Transferability. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any rights therein to any other person.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. popularph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Available payment methods may change from time to time at popularph's discretion.

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider.

5.3 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification requirements.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing Times. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. VIP account holders receive priority processing on all withdrawal channels.

5.5 Currency. All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). popularph does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.

5.6 Deposit Fees. popularph does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which popularph accepts no responsibility.

5.7 Withdrawal Conditions. Funds subject to an active wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal until the requirement is met. popularph reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.

5.8 Anti-Money Laundering. popularph complies with all applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities. popularph reserves the right to freeze accounts and withhold funds pending investigation where money laundering or fraud is suspected.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. These specific terms supplement and, where they conflict, supersede the general bonus provisions in this section.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion terms.

6.3 Bonus Expiry. Bonuses that are not claimed or wagering requirements that are not completed within the specified validity period will expire and be removed from the Account without compensation.

6.4 Bonus Abuse. popularph reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close Accounts, where it determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, collusion with other players, and any other conduct designed to exploit promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.

6.5 popularph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

7. Game Rules & Fair Play

7.1 All games available on the popularph Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or are operated by licensed live dealer studios. Game outcomes are determined by chance and are not influenced by popularph or any third party.

7.2 The rules applicable to each game are displayed within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of any game before placing a wager.

7.3 In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round will be voided and any wager placed will be returned to the Player's Real Money Balance. popularph's decision on technical malfunction disputes is final.

7.4 popularph reserves the right to void bets placed in error, including bets placed at incorrect odds or on markets that were opened in error.

8. Prohibited Conduct

8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the popularph Platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time;
• Opening or operating more than one Account;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using the Platform to facilitate illegal financial transactions;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing popularph staff or other players;
• Attempting to access another player's Account without authorization;
• Any other conduct that popularph, in its sole discretion, determines to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other players.

8.2 Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on the popularph Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout, is the property of popularph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of popularph.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, popularph shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, or loss of profits.

10.2 popularph does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We will use reasonable endeavours to maintain Platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

10.3 popularph's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Privacy & Data

11.1 popularph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11.2 popularph will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law or necessary to operate the Platform.

12. Responsible Gaming

12.1 popularph is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides tools including deposit limits, session time alerts, self-exclusion, and account cooling-off periods, all accessible from your Account dashboard.

12.2 The minimum age to use popularph is 21 years. This requirement is non-negotiable and strictly enforced in compliance with PAGCOR regulations.

12.3 If you believe you may have a problem with gambling, you are encouraged to use the self-exclusion tools available in your Account or contact our 24/7 support team. The National Council on Problem Gambling Philippines provides free, confidential assistance to individuals affected by problem gambling.

12.4 popularph reserves the right to impose account restrictions or initiate self-exclusion on any Account where there are reasonable grounds to believe the Player may be experiencing gambling-related harm.

13. Termination

13.1 By You. You may close your Account at any time by contacting popularph's support team. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account (after deduction of any applicable bonus balances subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to KYC verification.

13.2 By popularph. popularph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) you have breached these Terms & Conditions; (b) we are required to do so by law or regulatory directive; (c) we reasonably suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; or (d) we determine that continued operation of your Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.

13.3 Upon termination for breach, popularph reserves the right to forfeit any balances held in the Account, including Real Money Balances, where such forfeiture is permitted by applicable law.

14. Governing Law

14.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

14.2 popularph operates under the regulatory oversight of PAGCOR. Players who have unresolved complaints may escalate them to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.

15. Amendments

15.1 popularph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address.

15.2 The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
